Infinera Is The Leader Among Optical Network Hardware Vendors: 2016 IHS Scorecard

The recently published 2016 IHS Optical Network Hardware Vendor Scorecard has recognized Infinera for the third consecutive year as a leader among the top optical network hardware vendors and as the number one vendor in terms of market momentum.

The Scorecard also named Infinera as one of the four overall leaders in the market and described the company as producing ‘excellent scores across the board.’ The Scorecard analyzed Infinera in multiple categories including, Technology Innovation, Product Reliability, and Service and Support.

The Scorecard profiles, analyzes and ranks the 10 largest vendors of optical transport equipment. It takes direct feedback from the buyers, analyzes market share, market share momentum, financials, brand recognition, reputation for innovation etc.

Commenting on the achievement, Tom Fallon, Infinera CEO said, “The IHS Optical Network Hardware Vendor Scorecard confirms that Infinera’s focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and market leading innovation continues to resonate globally with network operators.”
