Messaging Provider Route Mobile Buys Cellent Technologies

A global messaging provider Route Mobile Limited has acquired Mumbai-headquartered firm Cellent Technologies for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition will help Route Mobile to expand its reach among the enterprise customers by broadening the portfolio of its products and services.


“We are making strategic acquisitions to bolster our presence in markets globally as well as to offer a wider set of products and services to our customers. This is our first such acquisition and we are delighted to have Cellent’s team and customers join the Route Mobile family,” commented Rajdip Gupta, CEO, Route Mobile Limited.

Cellent Technologies has a presence in markets like the Middle East and Africa and has over 250+ customers. The customer base along with a team of 30 people will now become a part of Route Mobile.
